Easy set up looks good and it is brightI just got this today and seems good, all buttons work. A little smaller than expected but it’s ok. The “ P “ button does work, you have to press and hold it to change brightnessLove this mirror. Arrived in perfect condition. This is something I wish I had bought long ago. Also, very sleek and attractive and functional.So initially when I purchased this mirror it arrived shattered. I reported it to Amazon and was able to get a replacement shipped out right away. I actually recieved the replacement the next day. It was a pain to have to repack it for shipping back to Amazon, but I'm glad I got one in perfect condition so quick.I highly recommend having someone to help you actually hang it. It's pretty heavy for 1 person to try and hang it while getting the holes to line up with the screws. (Wall hanging screws/anchors not included) But, if you decide to just have it sit tabletop the base is easy enough to attach.Once its all said and done I do love my mirror. I have only had it for less than a week, but no issues thus far.it came in good condition , i love it smI need to get some windex, so ignore the streaks. Great mirror! For those who say the brightness doesn’t work, at first I thought the same thing. You must hold the bright “button” for it to cycle through, it is t a push, push, push type of situation.Only had it for a week and used it twice. First time was fine, second time it's barely drawing power and flickering like it's on its own brownout. Seller does not exist so I have to return the entire unit for this issue. Amazon is full of scams nowadays. Buyer beware!Love the mirror, but the cord that it came with doesn’t work. I tried a cord that works with a different device just to see if it was a faulty mirror or cord, and it worked. So it’s the cord that doesn’t work. I’ve searched and cannot find a way to contact the seller and wish I could get a replacement cord. It is such a hassle to have to send the entire mirror back just to receive a little 6 inch box with a cord replacement.Absolutely over the moon with this mirror! I have been looking for nearly 1year and wanted one that was just right and a good price as they can be very expensive.Perfect addition to my dressing roomThis item was lovely, arrived quickly and intact, worked well however went with a different mirror. The returns process of this item is very tedious and unclear. I wish it was stated somewhere that when you return it to the nearest Hermes drop off point it would be rejected due to size and that a courier would need to be arranged. It would also be helpful if a returns address would be stated on the description so arranging a courier can be done ASAP. Have contacted the seller however still awaiting a replyReceived goods and box was damaged, opened up and the internal packaging looked okay so didnt open up to in place until today.Unfortunately the light was damaged at the back as you can see from the attached photo's.Luckily you cannot see the damage from the front, the only is is that if you tried to hang it on the wall it would not sit flush.Luckily my wife is happy with it on the stand so we will be keeping it, but I will be emailing the company looking for some kind of compensation especially when the mirror cost £170!!!Apart for that it does look amazing in position and my wife loves itCame in perfect condition and extremely good packaging. Easy to assemble if you can call it that as you are only adding in the plug and switching it on as it comes as one unit. The brightness and different light settings are fantastic and it is really good value for money as i have seen similar ones that are extremely expensive. I am extremely happy I purchased this and would highly recommend.It came 2 months early which is great and it is really bright all the bulbs work and it is a good quality mirror would recommend and it is larger in person
